How to Book an Appointment
We work by appointment. That is not us being precious about it — it is how we make sure somebody is here, the equipment is ready, and you are not waiting behind three other people who all turned up at once. We are also out on mobile jobs for a good part of most days.
Same-day appointments are often available. What we do not do is walk-ins.
The steps
- Call or text us and we agree a time together.
- We text you. Reply to that text so we can send you the booking link.
- Book the slot through the link. That is what locks it in.
A time agreed on the phone is not an appointment until it is booked through the link. We send the address and parking details in the same message.
Which number should I call?
Either one. (310) 526-0200 is the Los Angeles office and (424) 253-8149 is Beverly Hills. Both reach the same person, so it makes no difference which you use. You can call or text either number, or message us on
WhatsApp at (310) 526-0200. WhatsApp is often the easiest way to send us a photo of your Request for Live Scan form so we can check it before your appointment.
Before you come
Bring your completed
Request for Live Scan form, printed, along with photo ID and your payment. If you are not certain the form is filled in correctly, text us a photo of it first. That two-minute check is the difference between a five-minute appointment and a wasted trip.
