How much does notary service cost?
In-office notary services start at $20 for the first notarization and $15 for each additional signature. Mobile notary appointments include a travel fee based on your location within Los Angeles or Beverly Hills.
What is a mobile notary service?
A mobile notary travels to your home, office, or other location to perform notarizations on-site. Our mobile team serves neighborhoods across Los Angeles—including Century City, Culver City, Westwood, and Santa Monica—for real estate closings, legal documents, and healthcare directives.
What types of documents can you notarize?
We notarize powers of attorney, real estate deeds, affidavits, loan packages, parental consents, medical forms, and business contracts. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm eligibility under California notary law.
What is a loan signing agent?
A loan signing agent is a notary trained to handle mortgage, refinance, HELOC, and other loan documents. Our notaries are certified to ensure your real estate and lending paperwork is properly executed and recorded.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Remote Online Notarization is not yet legal in California. We provide in-person and mobile notarizations instead, and can refer clients outside California to trusted RON providers if needed.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring the documents to be notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID. Certain documents—such as grant deeds or powers of attorney—may also require a thumbprint or witnesses. We’ll guide you on what’s required when scheduling.
